Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My boyfriend and I are new homeowners and hired Alec and his crew at H2 Contracting for several projects, including basement window replacements and rot repair, replacing a garage entry door, and custom-building and installing a new bulkhead door. The team was professional, easy to work with, and always left the space cleaner than they found it. We’re very happy with the work and will definitely be calling Alec again for future projects!

Craftsmanship Backed by Structure

We believe high-end finish work requires more than just a good eye. It requires systematic execution.

Founded on years of hands-on structural construction experience, H2 Contracting bridges the gap between meticulous design and efficient site production.

Whether you are a homeowner upgrading your living space or a general contractor looking for a reliable finish crew to stick to your critical path, we deliver clean miters, dead-level installations, and professional jobsite communication from day one.

Finish Carpentry & Fine Millwork

Elevate your interiors with crisp execution. We specialize in custom built-ins, wainscoting, accent walls, multi-piece crown molding, baseboard upgrades, and interior door installations.

Every joint is tight, glued, and micro-pinned for a flawless, paint-ready finish.

Residential Contracting & Remodeling

Seamless project management for home transformations.

From initial layout and structural modifications to custom framing and final trim, we manage your home improvements with a strict focus on structural integrity, building codes, and clean timelines.

Builder Packages & Subcontracting

Keep your production or custom builds moving. We partner with regional residential builders to deliver high-volume, premium finish packages.

We hit our schedules, respect your site safety rules, and minimize your punch list items before final inspections.

Our Process

Step 01: Scoping & Transparent Estimation

No guesswork. We review your architectural prints or perform an exact on-site takeoff. You receive a highly accurate, upfront estimate broken down clearly—giving you total scope clarity before any tools touch the wood.

Step 02: Precision Site Execution

We show up on time and work systematically. Our crew minimizes material waste, uses advanced dust extraction to keep your space clean, and maintains strict communication throughout the build so there are never any structural surprises.

Step 03: Meticulous Final Punch-Out

We don’t consider a job done until we review every single detail. We inspect every miter joint, test every door swing, verify every reveal, and walk the site with you to ensure our finish work meets premium standards.
